Refund and Cancellation Policy for Have A Nice Trip

1. General Cancellation Terms

1.1 Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email at [haveanicetripholiday@gmail.com] or by contacting our customer service team. Cancellations are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Cancellation before 30 days of departure: Full refund of the paid amount, excluding non-refundable charges (such as Booking fee).
  • Cancellation between 15 to 30 days of departure: 50% refund of the paid amount, excluding non-refundable charges.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

1.2 Cancellation Charges
Certain services, such as hotels, transport bookings, and other third-party services, may have additional cancellation fees. These charges will be communicated to you at the time of booking or as soon as we are made aware of the third-party service provider’s cancellation policy.


2. Cancellation by [Have A Nice Trip]

2.1 Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that [Have A Nice Trip] needs to cancel your tour package due to unforeseen circumstances, such as force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), we will provide you with the following options:

  • Full Refund: You will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
  • Alternative Tour: We will offer an alternative travel package, and if the value is lower, we will refund the difference. If the alternative is of higher value, you may be required to pay the difference.


3. Refund Process

3.1 Processing Time
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3 to 7 business days after cancellation. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 to 15 business days
